International Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
LEIBISH international orders are shipped on a DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — basis.
Applicable import duties, VAT/GST, customs charges and destination-country taxes are calculated individually based on the delivery destination and included in the final quotation provided before payment.
Italian Luxury Group arranges payment of the applicable import duties and taxes to the courier or customs authority on the customer’s behalf. Customers should therefore not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
The final DDP amount is confirmed before payment and shown on the Proforma Invoice.
Customs authorities or the shipping carrier may contact the recipient to request identification, additional documentation or information required to complete customs clearance. The recipient must respond promptly and provide any information reasonably required for import processing.
If customs authorities reassess the shipment or apply charges that could not reasonably be determined before dispatch, Italian Luxury Group will review the adjustment and advise the customer where necessary.
